The Stables at Stones

With its soaring red brick walls and rough-hewn timbers, The Stables at Stones is one of the Yarra Valley’s most celebrated food and wine destinations.

Following a remarkable conversion that pays homage to the building’s incredible 150 year history, The Stables at Stones now operates as an intimate restaurant space under the helm of Executive Chef Hugh Davison (London’s Kitchen w8, Flemings Mayfair & Marcus Wareing at the Berkeley).

Presenting a regional tasting menu on Friday & Saturday evenings and a shared plates lunch experience on Saturdays and Sundays, Davison’s menus showcase the best that the season and our region has to offer.
