The Stables at Stones

The Stables at Stones is one of the Yarra Valley’s most celebrated food and wine destinations.

With its soaring red brick walls and rough-hewn timbers, throughout the late 1800′s this historic building served as the stablehand quarters of a bustling farming community called Castellaville.

After a remarkable conversion, The Stables now operate as an intimate restaurant space under the helm of Executive Chef Hugh Davison (London’s Kitchen w8, Flemings Mayfair & Marcus Wareing at the Berkeley).

Presenting a regional tasting menu on Friday, Saturday & Sunday evenings and a shared plates lunch experience on Saturdays and Sundays, Davison’s menus showcase the best that the season and our region has to offer.
